If you've decided to Apply and reserve an apartment at University Village, there are a couple of ways you can do so! You can apply online with a Credit/Debit card by clicking on the "Apply Online" icon that looks like a folder with UV written on it. You will have to fill out a mini version of the application and pay the necessary fees.

If you are looking to Apply in person at our Leasing Office, you will need to fill out an Application and pay the fees by Check or Money Order.

When making a reservation, there is a $300 Security Deposit and a $50 Administration fee for the apartment, and each applicant would need to pay a $25 Application Fee.
